A Little Gem Bed and Breakfast, Booking Terms and Conditions

When a booking is made and accepted this forms a legal contract; therefore, the following Terms
and Conditions apply:

DEPOSITS: For all bookings, we require a deposit to cover the cost of your first night's
accommodation. On receipt of your check, we send to you a confirmation letter, a payment
receipt and a location map. This deposit(s) will be retained in full, unless cancellation is made
four (4) days prior to arrival date.

ARRIVAL: Your accommodation will be available to you from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival,
unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 9:00 p.m.

CHILDREN: Children's rates are available on request.

DOGS: Dogs are welcome, at the rate of £3.00 per night. Please note that dogs are not to be
left in your room unattended at any time, and you will responsible if any damage is caused by
your pet.
Note: Mrs. Money has two small dogs so only well-behaved dogs are allowed.

DAMAGE: You are responsible for any breakages or damages caused by any member of your
party. We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning or replacement costs.

PARKING: There is off-road parking for guests' cars.

GREEN TOURISM: A Little Gem is in the process of obtaining A Green Tourism award and would
ask all guests to do whatever they can to preserve our environment.
